As a fleet big truck mechanic myself in a shop that prides itself on customer service this place was outstanding. I have been to some shops that were definitely questionable and they act like they don't care. They just want your money for shady or no work. GTA is NOT one of those places. My father in law was a long time customer here and he said the same. The staff up front was super nice and I even witnessed them give an older lady a ride while her vehicle was in the shop. Not many shops do that anymore. While I was only there for an alignment check after installing new coilovers they did exactly as I asked when they could have just given me an opinion and shoved me out the door but they didn't. I appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service they displayed because it's rare. Thank you so much GTA I will be back!
