UPDATE: this morning Jeff the owner called me to discuss my experience with my AC repair. He researched the issue and stated their Freon machine was out of calibration last September when the original service was performed. He also took full responsibility and refunded my evacuation/recharge cost. He apologized and spoke to all involved to change how they handled my situation. I will give them another chance as they took accountability and made it right. Grayson Tire & Auto - so disappointed in their service and support. I had this shop repair my AC in September 2025 and experienced a strange issue where the AC would not turn on when the car was parked on hot days. I garage park my car so I rarely experienced the issue. With this hot weather recently the issue regularly appeared. I took it in as I had a two year warranty. After having the car for half a day they insisted nothing was wrong. They begrudgingly agreed to test again. After a few hours of the car parked in the hot sun, they saw the problem. They subsequently told me the Freon and PAC oil was way out of specs and I needed an evac and recharge. The problem is they were the only people to touch the AC and last to evac/recharge. When I explained this, they stated it was my fault as I must have had someone else work on it. I told them no one else but them worked on it. They said that is impossible. I pointed out how it could happen and they said even if they did make a mistake the Freon is not covered under warranty. When they originally fixed my AC they had issues and had to install a second compressor. Yet they stated they don’t make mistakes. Customers vote with their wallet and they lost this customer of several years who has spent thousands on various services. Shame on you Grayson Tire & Automotive, do better. I will no longer recommend them on this platform.

I went to GTA to receive a second opinion regarding brake and air conditioning work. The owners and Shay explained in detail the results of their free brake inspection and concluded I had ample brake life remaining. This was contrary to another mechanic’s recommendation. They also discussed potential services based on the age of my car and were significantly more reasonable than the dealer. I had them complete an air conditioning cleaning. Looking at their extra effort to describe what was needed and why based on my driving habits and picking me up after my car was serviced with their shuttle service I highly recommend them. They gained a customer today and I appreciate their honest and sincere customer service.

I had needed a battery replacement via my AAA warranty and they told this place was one of two places near me that I could visit. I called and Anthony let me know that I can just head over. I was in and out in 20 mins. Begged to leave the guy a tip and he only wanted a review. Plenty of parking, clean location and awesome customer service.

Today was my third visit to Grayson Tire & Auto. My mechanic that I had for years has moved out of town and I happen to work across from Grayson tire and Auto and thought why not ..boy am I glad I did. Everything was completed in a timely manner, they checked everything very detailed as well as the service being Reasonably priced. John worked with me through the whole process and was amazing. I definitely found my new Mechanics. Ty !!!!!

I hit a bird while driving and it got stuck in the engine bay near the radiator, my husband couldn’t get to it himself. We called our dealership as well as several local shops to get it removed but we were turned away and even recommended that we call a body shop and go through insurance (despite there being no damage to the vehicle) or call animal control. Grayson Tire & Auto helped us right away. The customer service was phenomenal!

Anthony and the rest of the team always do a great job whenever I take a car there. The customer service is top notch and they are very reasonable. Definitely worth a try for any car repair!

Grayson Tire & Auto should be everyone’s Go to for Mechanic work. Today, was infact my 2nd trip in months to there shop, due to my Chevy Treverse needing work done. Specifically,Erica & Anthony gave me top notch customer service on all levels….they both went above & beyond for me….From dropping me off home & picking me back up when my truck was ready. Even their down to earth communication was something I’ve never seen before,from a body shop crew….Erica & Anthony thank you both & the rest of the Grayson Auto crew,for taking care of me & my truck….I recommend this shop & ppl working in it….Great service,phenomenal people.
