I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Jeff Dixon and his Team at Grayson Tire and Auto! I have known Jeff for a long time and regardless of where I live or have lived (Grayson, Monroe, Athens) when I need work done on my car I try my best to get it back to Jeff and his Team. Reason? Because you will receive quality work done on your vehicle and you don't have to worry about being "up sold" for work you don't need to have done. His Team has always been polite, professional and accommodating! That's why for the past 15+ years I have done business with Jeff and his Team, whether it is at the Grayson location or at the Riverside Parkway location in Lawrenceville. I had the privilege this morning to meet one of Jeff's newest Team members, Shay. She possess a warm smile, pleasant personality, as well as a lot of knowledge when it comes to the car business and customer care. She has been in the car business her entire adult life, so she is not just another pretty face behind the counter! Thank you Shay for how you took care of me! I enjoyed meeting you and our conversation. I also want to say a great big thank you to Jared (my mechanic today) and Ben (shop manager) for getting me in and out this morning. I was able to wait on my car as it was being repaired. Jared and Ben kept me informed throughout the process and allowed me to make all the decisions, based on my cars repair needs. My tires were losing pressure, and the person at the desk took time to explain to me why it was happening due to the change in temperature. He said that if the light was blinking, that's another concern. He went out and checked all my tires. So polite and caring.

Tire popped on the way to work and needed a quick fix. Unfortunately they would have had to order the tire and I didn’t have the time. They still switched it out for my spare so I could get to another tire shop. Great people and service

My experience at Grayson Tire and Auto has been very delightful and pleasurable. Even though I was informed by Ben that my Chevy Equinox was not recommended to be repaired it was comforting to know I was not being ripped off with never ending repairs. I will use them religiously and just brought my pre owned vehicle here to do a pre-purchase inspection. Also, Shay the front desk administrator is so pleasant and helpful. The GTA staff is amazing! I walked in late Friday preparing for the worst and a long weekend without my vehicle... instead, they just did a bad ignition coil replacement with spark plugs and a fuel injection service on my Jeep Patriot in about an hour on Friday afternoon before closing! Just wanted to brag on this crew and let you know how thankful I am. Who knew how amazing this Friday the 13th would be!!??!!

Staff was very prompt and clear about what my car needed. For the past two years I have used them for my oil changes and basic maintenance.
