They take care of all my and my extended family's vehicles. They are fast and fairly priced. They honor warranties, when applicable, for the work they do and have never given us a hard time or tried to get out of performing the work, they don't pressure you or upsell you, they don't price gouge, or use any high-pressure or intimidating sales tactics! They are straight forward and incredibly competent people who diagnose your problem, quote you a price, as well as a time frame for the work to be completed They are truly skilled mechanics, have great customer service, do a good job of keeping you informed as to the progress of any work they are performing and they get the work done on time. We have been patronizing this business for years and besides the one time they needed to add more coolant to my daughter's car (which was still under warranty)we have NEVER had a single problem with any of their work. Couldn't ask for more than that.

If I could give Grayson Tire and Auto 100 stars and a taco, I would. I came in with my car sounding like it was auditioning for Fast & Furious: Suburban Edition. Max took one look, nodded wisely like car whisperers, and fixed it faster than I can find matching socks in the morning. The service? Impeccable. The staff? Friendlier than your grandma when you finally visit. I left with a fixed car and a newfound belief in humanity. Not only did Max explain everything clearly, but he didn’t try to upsell me even though he joked that he could have.....Honest and efficient. Highly recommend. If your car's being dramatic, bring it to Grayson Tires and Auto. They’ll calm it down and send you off like the road warrior you were meant to be. Max, donuts coming your way on Friday!!!

They’ve helped us replace a tire on two occasions. The second time I used the drop box. They had the tire ordered first thing in the morning and installed by the end of the day.

Friday 4/25/2025 I was headed back to Birmingham, AL and my low pressure tire light came on, I went to Grayson Tire & Auto after finding they were close to me and they were able to get me in and out in less than 1 hour!!! Super nice people and excellent service. Got me back on the road and headed to Alabama. I would definitely recommend. The guy told me his name and I don't remember what it was but he was fast and efficient. I appreciate people who really care about others and this place is top notch!

The staff of Grayson Tire and Auto were all professional and attentive to my questions and concerns with repairs to my 2015 Audi Q7. They took time to explain the problem identified and what repairs were needed. The repairs to my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and as promised.
