John really took good care of me when I needed my tire patched last week! Anytime I've had an issue, the team has gone above and beyond with exceptional service! Also, a few months back I had an emergency with my coolant leaking. The gentleman and the woman that assisted me were very genuine and kind. Thankfully I was close by before my car over heated. That was the first time I had a service other than tires completed and they gained my trust after that visit.

Jeff and staff are outstanding! Our family has had a long and valued relationship with them. We feel comfortable knowing that when we drop off our vehicle, we’ve received trustworthy repairs. It’s a family business run in an old fashion family way. They respect the customer and work hard to earn and keep your business. They are a blessing to us!

I’m glad I came here for my car repair! I called prior to coming, to get a quote. The quote given was responsible, so I decided to stop by. Plenty of parking, clean and comfy waiting room & kind customer service! MOST importantly, I walked in, to see Christian decor and worship music playing in the lobby. As a Christian, this is top tier. In the world we live in, it’s far and few, to find Christian establishments. I’ll make them my first call when I need my car serviced!

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Jeff Dixon and his Team at Grayson Tire and Auto! I have known Jeff for a long time and regardless of where I live or have lived (Grayson, Monroe, Athens) when I need work done on my car I try my best to get it back to Jeff and his Team. Reason? Because you will receive quality work done on your vehicle and you don't have to worry about being "up sold" for work you don't need to have done. His Team has always been polite, professional and accommodating! That's why for the past 15+ years I have done business with Jeff and his Team, whether it is at the Grayson location or at the Riverside Parkway location in Lawrenceville. I had the privilege this morning to meet one of Jeff's newest Team members, Shay. She possess a warm smile, pleasant personality, as well as a lot of knowledge when it comes to the car business and customer care. She has been in the car business her entire adult life, so she is not just another pretty face behind the counter! Thank you Shay for how you took care of me! I enjoyed meeting you and our conversation. I also want to say a great big thank you to Jared (my mechanic today) and Ben (shop manager) for getting me in and out this morning. I was able to wait on my car as it was being repaired. Jared and Ben kept me informed throughout the process and allowed me to make all the decisions, based on my cars repair needs.
