My tires were losing pressure, and the person at the desk took time to explain to me why it was happening due to the change in temperature. He said that if the light was blinking, that's another concern. He went out and checked all my tires. So polite and caring.

Tire popped on the way to work and needed a quick fix. Unfortunately they would have had to order the tire and I didn’t have the time. They still switched it out for my spare so I could get to another tire shop. Great people and service

My experience at Grayson Tire and Auto has been very delightful and pleasurable. Even though I was informed by Ben that my Chevy Equinox was not recommended to be repaired it was comforting to know I was not being ripped off with never ending repairs. The GTA staff is amazing! I walked in late Friday preparing for the worst and a long weekend without my vehicle... instead, they just did a bad ignition coil replacement with spark plugs and a fuel injection service on my Jeep Patriot in about an hour on Friday afternoon before closing! Just wanted to brag on this crew and let you know how thankful I am. Who knew how amazing this Friday the 13th would be!!??!!
