This month has been extremely difficult for me considering my car having issues however because of Jeff and his amazing team I now have a that drives and feels just like it did before!! Very rarely I find people as kind and honest as the team at Grayson tire and auto!! I will be a customer for life because of the rare team this is!

Jackson at Grayson Tire saved the day! We were trying to get home 200 miles away and ran over a nail and Jackson got us in there and out of there in 15 minutes! We are so happy with the wonderful courteous service! Thank you!

I took my classic 1996 Lexus SC300 into the shop for diagnostic testing on 4/11/2024. Ben checked me in and was very attentive listening to the things that I told him about the car. He made meticulous notes in the system for the techs to check and advise. Although I was not happy with the diagnostic results, I did not doubt them as it is an older car and I felt that Ben was honest and fair. I will definitely return to GTA and refer local friends to try them out at well. Thank you, Ben!

Great shop, great communication and work but minor gripe is passing the credit card processing fee onto the customer…that is the cost of doing business the shop should eat.
