Ben Dickson at Grayson Tire is golden! My check engine light came on on my 2018 Ford Escape and was sputtering. Grayson Tire and Auto ran an Engine Diagnostic and came up with lots of codes! Ben looked up info and found my engine was still under warranty and printed out ALL that information. I handed it to the Ford Dealership and Ford is honoring their warranty! Amazing!! Thank you so very much for your honesty and for looking out for me, your customer! Thanks Ben and thanks Grayson Tire and Auto!

Needed a new clutch. GTA gave me a good evaluation of the problem. Replacement was expensive but probably a fair price based on the research I did. The newly installed clutch is working great and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the time required to complete the job. I highly recommend GTA and will continue to use them for my service needs.

I was informed what needed to be done on my truck and the cost. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Grayson Tire and Auto with something simple as an oil change or major repairs.

I had taken my car to 3 different shops and they couldn’t fix my wife’s car. Grayson took the time to find and solve the problem. I know that she’s safe in her car because of this shop.
