I was absolutely blown away with the excellent customer service I received from Hannah and Don at Grayson Tire & Auto Center. I took my Camry in to be serviced for air leaking from one of my tires. I received a thorough inspection of the tire which resulted in a leak coming from 2 areas of the tire. My tire was replaced in addition to another issue being corrected. Thank you so much for your genuine concern and superb customer service. I highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

My car needed an oil change, having been 7 months without one! Grayson Tire and Auto is so convenient I wanted to stop in and check out the new ownership. Excellent treatment, jovial greeting, quick service. Thanks to Don and Scott and Heather for the great job you did and are doing! PS. Love the new look to the place. I could really enjoy sitting and reading in your lobby if I need to do that in the future!

I spoke with Don over the phone regarding my auto repair. He was thorough in the questions that he asked and gave me a good time to come in and get a shuttle ride back home. We brought our Jeep in and were greeted by Hannah. She was also very kind and thorough. She shuttled us back to our home and was very patient with us as we had to install two car seats and then remove them upon arrival at our destination. I have heard nothing but good things about these folks, and I look forward to the service that I receive from them.
