The employees were friendly and courteous! I took my car to the dealership and, to fix it, they quoted a price that was totally outrageous, and then offered to take the car as a trade-in for a new one!!! Needless to say, I did not do that because my car was only 7 years old in good condition. So, I took it over to Grayson Tire to get a second opinion. They diagnosed the issues with my car and were able to fix them at a reasonable price! I was so pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the staff. And, the car runs great! I highly recommend Grayson Tire and Auto!

I would like to say that their customer serving was AMAZING!!! they were so nice and upfront about how much it will cost me, and finish my car in a timely matter... I will definitely be going back!

First of all we went to Gwinnett Fairgrounds and voted. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. We come out to truck and I heard sound from my front left tire. I saw were something was in tire and said now that short wait will now be time spent now dealing with this. I called Grayson Tire to see if they would be open if I made it in time. They said yes we made it there and they did not charge a dime. These guys are the best.
