Don and Hannah were very friendly, accommodating, and explained the issue with my vehicle. The prices were very reasonable, the labor was explained, and a conversation was had before anything was done. Finding an auto shop that cares about their customers is very rare. 10 out of 10 would recommend to someone and will definitely go back if/when the need arises.

Wow! Had a great experience with Grayson Auto today. Jeff, Don and Hannah went above and beyond to provide me with superb service on a 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid I just bought. Very talented crew and provided transportation back and forth to my home!!
