I borrowed my sisters car, on the way to where I was going I had a flat tire on the right rear. I stopped at Kroger to get some air, but, that ceased to happen. Thank goodness Grayson Tire was just a hop, skip and a jump away from Kroger. One of the technicians fixed my sisters tire, she also had a bent rim he fix the best he could, at €(No Charge.}¥. I don't know if I scared him because I looked like a Wild Woman, because I was in my sister's car and I did not want to destroy it. So thank you so much for being so kind to me. I Recently had two more experiences with Don and Grayson Tire & Auto. Both having to do with my daughter’s car. Experience # 1: 8 (yes eight) out of 5 stars. Experience # 2: 5 out of 5 stars. I can’t thank you all enough.

I love this place. I have brought multiple cars here and they get the job done. Integrity, honesty, and quality work. They corrected an issue for me that claimed to have been done by someone else and was not. I am just grateful to this place. Don, and the team are amazing! Thank you GTA!

Service was great

Brought my car in with what we both thought was a faulty fuel pump. With the age of my car (2002 Thunderbird), these came be hard to find and expensive as heck if its found. They were able to find one, but while waiting on it, they made some additional checks and determined that the Fuel Regulator module was faulty. Replaced it and she is running like a top, at half the cost of repairs. Thank You!!

I just moved to Grayson and found the closest place I could find to my house. My experience was great! I wasn’t able to get an appointment on the day I needed and I had to work the rest of the week, but they were able to squeeze me in. All the staff was very friendly and super helpful. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Definitely my new go to repair shop! Mr. Don's customer service was phenomenal! He kept in touch in letting us know the diagnosing issues with my son's 1996 Toyota Avalon. And once it was all figured out, price was much lower than I was expecting. Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!
