This was my first time taking my car to Grayson Auto. They were polite and thorough from the first conversation booking my appointment. They were able to answer all my questions in layman’s terms (I am not car savvy) so I could understand what was going on with my car. This is the third place I took my car to for an in going undiagnosed issue and they were the ones to fix it. The price was a great value for the services, and it was quickly resolved. They will now be my only mechanic and I would recommend anyone to use them!

I like to support local businesses. GTA was very fast to respond to my request for service from their website. The provided me an estimate for the work needed on my 2007. I approved the work order and the work was performed the same day and under the estimate! I will take my car there from now on. Good, honest and complete repair; what else can you ask for?

We had a check engine light coupled with engine skipping during idle. Was able to schedule an appointment online on Sunday and get an appointment on Monday morning. Quick response and issue was resolved same day! Always a pleasure dealing with Jeff and his team.
