At 74 years old and a Vietnam era veteran, I made a decision that when I made a major purchase, such as new tires, I would get what I wanted, not what a salesman wanted me to have. This sometimes makes me appear to be a grumpy old man. I must say the staff at Grayson Tire never lost their smile, or patience with me. I now have a great set of tires on my car, at a reasonable price, with a great warranty that will probably outlast me. Thanks to the staff, and especially the young man who had to deal with me. Due to a recurring issue with our brakes, we had to schedule a rear brake service with very short notice. From the time I called until the service was successfully completed was less than 4 hours, very happy with responsiveness and quality of work.
